I have become eternally tardy I feel! Can’t believe this one’s going up on the blog after such massive delays…but I am really sorry to keep you guys waiting for so long. I have already told you so much about Dori Designs in my previous post… and this post is just a second part of that one so I am not going into the introduction..
I know, I could have easily added these pics in the previous post itself ..but honestly , I hate scrolling down so much, also I feel it’s difficult to give you the best in just a few pictures, since I am such a visual creature I add ample off them for you to enjoy too.
This beautiful Orange Gathered Dress is a handwoven wonder from Dori Designs . It has a lovely cutout back and a fine kasuti detailing work at the waist, the rusty orange is a perfect color for the Indian skin and it looks amazing when worn with silver accessories. I wanted to keep it’s rustic charm alive and so I paired it with this beautiful ethnic mirrored jacket and a pair of Black Kolhapuri juttis..
For the accessories I chose these silver and red ghungroo earrings, some basic black bangles, a silver ring and a silver anklet. The black tote bag added all kinds of free spirit vibes with its vibrant embroidered flowers and beaded handle…. and moreover since I have been loving all stuffs embroidered.. I simply love how this one looks.
Lastly the make up… Like I said before in my last post… I’ve had my days of bright lipsticks and winged eyeliner.. but currently I am living my life in the light and nude lip shades … so for the makeup I decided on this muted rust metallic lipcolor and the forever enticing smokey eyes. For my hair.. I did just nothing.. I just let them be like they always are —-wild, untamed and free.
I love how the pictures have turned out.. and I have a ton of them still left unedited.. wish I could share with you more.. but anyhow… hoping you’ll love this post. Signing off … Astalavista butterflies :* :*
